well, i dont think its for real in the first place
but i have to tell u all about a small glitch i encountered with THAT same spinner model (forgot the name)... on the at-that-time car 206, the biggest spinner size of that model could not be rendered by the game. in fact, all i got is a black-coloured dump of the spinner (which spinned ok just as normal). the lesser 2 sizes were normal too, just the biggest size freaked out...

the only anomaly I've seen with wheels is this spinner changing the tires color too.

this is what i mentioned earlier... the Blister spinner only does this... on a Pug 206 only and the largest (17") size only...
