Hmmm, we had a thread once about Reverse Scores, but it was locked. Let's hope this one won't be.
On Topic now, no screenshots, but my highest was only about 900+. I know, I suck.

I don't know my highest yet because i only reverse untill my nos meter is full. But i'll try to see how high i can get.

Uh, I have too much time to spare
One lap around the freeway gives you about 15k points. So I reversed almost 7 times around the freeway and gained 100,098 reverse points
It took about 35 minutes
