You could, but it would be a mission and cost a fortune... Cars chassis and undercarrages are designed to take a certain drive train... if you made an FWD to be RWD, you'd need to modify the chassis to take the new DIFF as well as modify the undercarrage to allow for the new Drive shaft... It's been done...
A mate of mine has an Opel Corsa GSI witha RWD mod on it... Cost him as much as the car itself cost... But it's handling is Wicked now...

They are all Skylines. Mine is the one in front at the left. These are all R32s and R33s.race_a_GEO wrote:i dont see the skyline in his sig... is it the white one in the back?
Skylines have actually been around since 1955. There's a full history available over at JB Car Pages.
There are a wide variety of configurations available including RWD, AWD, turbo, non-turbo, twin-turbo, a couple of engines, coupe, sedan, you name it. The car in the game is the R34 GT-R - 4WD, 4WS, twin turbo, RB26DETT 2.6l inline six-cylinder. It fricken ROCKS. JB does a nice road test here.
One final note. Lots of people have heard the name 'Godzilla' applied to Skylines. Most have it all wrong. There is only one Godzilla model - the BNR32 GT-R. Some trivia, it was because of crushing victories from this particular car in it's debut in Australian touring car racing that the rules for the entire thing were changed to exclude imports and require only Australian-built V8 touring cars in subsequent years. Sore losers if you ask me!
Godzilla..
BTW, as Morty correctly pointed out, mine is the RWD R32 GTS-t. Baby brother to Godzilla.
