You can't. It's a bug in the game. You can only get them at the unique rim award in career. Even then if you ever change to some other rims, you can't put the Oasis back on.
The bug being, there is no "oasis" manufacturer in body shops, hence you cannot select the part.

I have the same problem. Once I complete the game, I get all of the unique rims, but no Oasis. I put them on one of my career cars, but haven't finished yet. This is annoying for me, too.

Haven't tried any trainers, but it might be possible to get Oasis with them...if so, much simpler then a new career.

uh... i have alil problem, i cant use the mega trainer cause i dont have the original version of the game (yes yes, i know i must have to buy it but in my country its dificult buy an original game) its a copy bringed by one friend to me, and for that reason i cant get the patch to the version 1.1 thats the cause my only way to get those rims its starting a new career and win al the outruns

i thought once you finsh the game, you get EVERYTHING PLUS UNIQUES! and i also think that since that there is no such thing as a "oasis" company, it should be under the rim label "NFSU2" right??

Yes you do. thar rims are not ugly, those rims are perfeck for a morny car!!1 (morn in quenya or mor means darknes for example y nick means the dark swordsman, f you cll me morny you are calling me "Darky")

OK, I have no intention to bring this topic up, as I don't wish to make a new topic. OK, so I replayed the career mode, and I managed to unlock the Oasis Teardrop. Here's where the problem begins: If I happen to change the Oasis to another rim, it seems that I won't be able to get the Oasis back because I can't see the brand anywhere... Any ideas?
