You could unlock them by doing this.

stage 3: 6 outrun wins => Rims

BTW: Those rims don't really look that good IMO, but they could fit on a "PIMP-car"

why dont you just use the mega trainer in the Utils Section of NFSU2 on the main page and use it to get those rims

If you're refering to the Part Modifier util, in this case even that doesn't help. It only unlocks everything in game menus...But the Oasis Teardrops do not exist in the menus (a game bug, they can only be accessed when given the unique mod. Also means that if you change to some other rims after that, you can't get the Oasis rims back).

yeah what he said. On the console, if you're past your second sponsor and are on stage 3, do 6 outruns and win. Same as PC really.

Well if he doesn't play it everyday, it'll take long. It depends on the pace of the player.
