People expect it performs about 50% better then the 6800 Ultra. It would mean that it would score about 18.000-20.000 points in 3DMark03. ( My 6800GT @ Ultra scores 12.000 points )

7000+points in 3Dmark 05... Not bad, but not so much for a next-gen card...

Any ways this card looks interesting but is still to early to tell. I dont plan on buying so it doesnt concern me.

Well, it's definitely more then a 50% boost..
My GT @ Ultra scores around 5250 3DMark05 points.
There was a test with ATi's Crossfire. They got 15000+ points. Both were X850XTs. But there were extremely overclocked, 900 Mhz for the core. You can almost say it was running 4 graphic cards..
BTW, some can get 6000+ points with a standard 6800 Ultra.. D:

bah... right now im still happy with my GF 5900 ultra...
me doing GTA SA on max display options @ 1280 X 1024 with *minimal* gitterring when i have many trees and like 3 explosions next to me
will see to the 7800 when it starts to drop in price, not immediatley after launch.

I'll just buy a ati radeon x850 xt crossfire when i comes out in the netherlands i already have a ati radeon x850xt platinum edition to combine it with for 15000score in 3dmark05 (they have tested the setup when combined those two cards) but for now i am happy with my x850xt pe

It wasn't that high tweaked, but with a normal score around the 12000 i would be happy aswell it still beats the shiznit out off two GF6800 Ultra in sli

Back on topic.
The 7800 GTX has finally been availbable for pre-order! We all know this is a death letter, mainly b/c most PC developers are more skilled and can be able to take full advantage of this power. Unfortunately, Im not so sure about PS3 developers.
