Help me please!!!

I have done a picture in photoshop for this site and the dimensions are 1280 x 1024. Now.. this site want's them in 1280 x 960 or smaller. My question is simply how you can resize it? I have tried several programs but they won't resize them proporly. I always end up with like 1200 x 960 or something. I want the picture in 1280 x 960! Is there someone that know's how to solve this problem? Can I use photoshop to resize the picture? If so, how?

Uncheck constrain proportions... altho this may make the image look goofy since the proportions will be messed up....

Image ----> Image SIze ----> Constrain Proportions

i don't care on the rank.
bigger rank or not is not what i want.
eventhough i joined here a month ago & this is the first time you see me in this forum it doesn't mean that im only on the rank. man your absolutely wrong.

well, when you post useless posts like that, people assume you just want the rank. the forum rules say that you should not post in any topic unless you have something to contribute to it, and what you did was certainly not a contribution. not to mention this thread had been dead for 2 months
