Hello, I'm new here, and I'm dedicating my first post to muscle cars. Whether it be a Chevorlet Chevelle SS, a Camaro, a Pontiac GTO, Mustang, or whatever, these cars have a lot of horsepower. Thery're quite rare today in the New Car market, and they're fun to drive, except they're quite lacking in the handling department.

Do you have an opinion on them, and/or have a favorite?

I love muscle rides! They have that unique 'badass' look I like Ofcourse, they also have lots of torque and horsepower, and after seeing some of them throwing on back wheels --> OMG!

My favorite is the Dodge Charger -->

Gotta love muscle cars They are good for drag racing and are awesome looking machines. My favorite would have to be a 67 Mustang.

dont like the muscle cars much... but i do like the '68 corvette stingray, thats the only muscle car i like

We brits dont really get muscle cars here (not even imports) which is a real big shame because i really like muscle cars...

I love all muscle cars, but my fav is the 1971 Ford Falcon GTHO Phase III.
In 1971 it was the fastest four door in the world And it can go around corners

the new mustang is amazing, i wasnt a fan of the whole 80s-90s mustangs. GTO is nutty and the el camino sure looks nice.

Youve clearly never been near RAF/USAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath, that place is like little America. On another note, my boss at work is currently selling his Supra, possibly for a GT350 clone.

I personally love the 69 Camaro ZL-1, 430bhp of pure sex. Only 69 ever made, and 11s stock.

I dig the Plymouth Superbird. Partially just because I'm a Mopar fan, but also because the Superbird seems to epitomize the muscle car. Big, fast, and rediculous, but impossibly cool.

Also, it's actually a muscle car. I'll admit I'm getting a little anal-retentive here (as all of the cars mentioned do share in a bit of the muscle spirit, having the power and brutality and all), but a muscle car, by definition, is a midsize car with a full-sized engine. To be a muscle car entails a fair bit of interior space. Cars like the Corvette or Viper are sports cars, and cars like the Mustang or Camaro are pony cars (so named for the Mustang).

Yeah I like Super birds too, but they handle like a bucket of shiznit (thanks GT4)

Yeah, I'm not surprised the Superbird's handling sucks, but then again, don't most muscle cars have craptacular handling (perhaps the Australian ones excepted)?

The corvette Z06 is a cool car. The classic flip up lights, the sleek exterior. Ahhh that car is sooo coool.

yeah i still love the shape of the stingray.. very very classic.

The stingray is alright, but it doesn't have that look of the Z06. Especially if it's orange with black tribal vinyls on it.
