EA GAMES dudes, check this poll

A desperate/necessary try :D

Poll instructions :
  • Crazy: The way all the latest NFS games are. Cars go 0-100kph in 0.8seconds. The SUVs reach 350kph. Awesome sense of speed: this is a racing game! The faster the better!
  • Realistic: The way the cars accelerate in real life. I want a precise simulation experience!
  • Intermediate: Crazy speeds are hilarious. Realistic speeds are boring for a game. I want something between those extremes.

Time to vote!

i really like a good sence of speed but if a opel corsa with 400hp ever have reached 100km/h in 1.3 secs then im donald duck... and i dont wanna be a duck...

Realistic speeds for me.
If I want Crazy speeds, I'll play Burnout 3 or something like that

Something intermediate would be good, the cars faster than in real life... but not too fake.
the cars should do the 0 - 100 quick... but not to quick, but since exotics are going to be in the game i dont think that EA will make it to fake, like letting an MX5 being able to keep up with a SLR Mclaren, but they definetly wont make it to real.

Well NFS is more arcady than anything else, and i would expect it to be less realistic. I would like personally like something that is realistic, but a bit of hollywood speeds never killed anyone, or has it.....

I voted for realistic.

I would like it to be more like NFS HS driving in the Mercedes SLK you would max out at 220 orso... and the McLaren F1 you would be able to reach 300 (with good racing!)

the handling was not realistic but it was fun and crashing slowed down alot.. wich made it abit more realistic.. so there was no annoying wallhugging

I just don't want to see cars getting to 100kph below 2 seconds

So, realistic it is.

l prefer an arcade feel, because thats why l play NFSU, if l wanted a realism simulation, l would play GT4.

I like Realistic. The way it is in real life makes the game much better.

I'd take NFS:PU realistic.. GT4 realistic wouldn't really work in a NFS game.

Pu realistic would be good... a hard arcade racer... if you race like a Idiot... you will spin

Pic taken from the latest video. At 1st, the BMW is stopped and the time goes from 1minute to zero.

118mph = 190kph

Actually Dani, the game was paused. It's some sorta like in UG2. When we Outrun for the first time, they'll come up with a notice or something, telling us about the mode.

It's a high chance that the BMW was actually in a high speed when the game was paused. Wanna know how I know that the game was paused? This is the proof:

I go for realistic cause I'd rather hear the good ol car sounds and actually have them sound GOOD

Realistic speed would kill the gameplay... Need For Speed means crazy speed. .Not driving a stock car and taking 9 seconds to get to 100 mph.. It is hilarious to see people say they want a simulator but when games like those do come out, they completly ignore those games... People. Racing sims are Racing Sims. Need For Speed is an Arcade Racer.
