It has to take up at least 150kb? So that means, no lower then 150kb? Uhh, ok, w/e. Maybe you should re-word it so it say, "File size must not exceed 150kb." or something easier to understand.

Dam i would've love to have entered my Nissan 240SX, but I think a lot of people have already seen it in my Showroom, so it won't exactly be hidden, for me..

Obviously you don't watch it on TV. Yes, some of them DO use neon. A few of the Falken drift team included. Couple of AE86's have neon (can't remember who.) And, I believe the Blitz R34 USED tp have neon back in the day when it was still White and Blue. I'll get when my internet isn't screwy

I didn't mean it like that. Offcourse I know they don't use neon and spinners. It was a reply to your question "Why not". Get it :D

Anyway, I won't use neon on my car, which I just uploaded. :P

I think I made a nice drift car. My success in Oriental Challenge and Summer Challenge puts a lot of pressure on this one. I hope it goes well.

am i allowed to use bigger rims than the smallest ones, or was it just a tip to use the smallest rims? for example, if 19"' is the biggest to fit on a car and 17" the smallest, so am i allowed to use the 19"ers?

You are allowed to use any size you like, but it's better not to use the biggest size.
In you're case I'd take the 18" rims :)

LOL at the DEMO car, a wbk creates a more stable car, thus making it harder to get the car drifing, so that one won't get a high vote :P
