what is going on? theres only 5-6 duels going on right now, last week there were so many duels it had to wait around 36 hours

All these people who started duels and cheated to win suddenly got banned

yeah, when people started cheating on duels i just had it. because of those people duels lost its credibility. now i'm even ashamed being in the top 10 coz most of the people on that list cheats. who? go figure...

edited: have you ever lost a duel where you only got 16 and your counterpart got 52 votes? well, i did... and thats because he pm almost everyone here on this site...

i must admit that i used to receive pm's everyday from certain guys on this site to vote in their duels...but i would check the duel and vote for the other guy

You guys should report people who PM you asking to vote on their cars/duels. We'll ban them.

That happended to me, but the guy was banned anyway

He probally made multiple accounts to vote his car up..

i think it would be better if all possible ways of cheating are given, this way rules would not be doubtful. PMing is considered cheating even when u don't say "vote me"? Noone told me so before. Asking to vote for cars was cheating? I didn't even hear that too.
Clarifying rules would be a good step to make members in this site remain and not to have many guys banned everyday, sometimes due to misundertoods about rules.

So Civic, who allowed you back on the site?
It's not cheating if you PM one or two people asking them to check out your cars. But if you start advertising your cars/duels to everyone through PMs and MSN, then it's cheating. Your ban definitely wasn't a misunderstanding, as I even gave you a warning about your spamming (points) a week before you actually got banned, but I guess you chose to ignore it.

I know i received a warning, i just did not ignore it, i asked Dragster if sending PMs asking to check the duel, not to vote me, would be for a banning. He told me that was not a reason for banning (or at least i understood that). So now i understand what u mean, sending too many pms was the problem, but i didn't know that. Besides, i thought that if i made again the same i would get a new warning, so i would have known that still pming like that was wrong. But well, i just received banning, not a second warning.
As u can see, i'm not hidding anything, everybody will know it's CivicGTR. I know the rules quite clearly now, and to avoid breaking the rules or making someone upset, i decided not to vote or comment on cars. If i duel, i'd just send or accept the duel. I won't write a single pm to ask for anything, just only to communicate something to a friend or something like that. As enzo says, i'll live in the rules now, coz my intention was not cheating, just making duels more attractive with more ppl involved.
I hope this does not happen to anyone else coz of the same reasons.

i know. but what if your cars are not r&Ced but you want them to be looked at, no1 looks at them but saying "R&C my rides" after saying whoyou voted for in duels. the realy possible way is to pm them to check your cars and give them a liknk
