so, how you change stock wheels with others (in the customize menu)...or how you put custom made parts in the game?

Do you mean the rims? If so, you can do that by going to the Customize Mode and choose the Body option, and scroll through until you see Rims.

You mean custom wheels from download sectiom??

I doubt so... I think you misunderstood him.
