now my question is: is there any smart guys arround here that can tell me how can i make this possible ? all i need is a clean picture of the vinyl so i can print it out and stick it on my car thanks.

You can paint the vinyl at a bodyart studio or in a good paint shop, it will look a lot better IMO!

PS:I don't think that this particular vinyl will be suitable for that ride. Awesome Eclipse man!

You need a pic of your real car in the same angle as the car from NFSU-2.
