How can I use NFS 3 to 4 converter????

Does anybody know how can I use NFS 3 to 4 converter??????? I downloaded that from this site, I extract that in my Electronics Arts file, even I right clicked on that, in chose capatibility and tried that in all the Windows. But when I click on "CAR3TO4.exe" ((((((((((((HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART)))))))) After a 2 or 3 minutes the ERROR say on the top """Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library""" then Runtime ERROR. How this program works.

hmm....if it's a c++ runtime error, perhaps there's a conflict with XP...u sure u downloaded the file for xp? (is there one even?)

I just downloaded this from nfs unlimited site on utils. Should I download from different way?

I don't think that's for XP
