I download the nfsmw but there is no crack on it can someone help me please

If you're talking about a No-CD crack there isn't one yet.
Use Daemon Tools in the meantime.

Just mount the first cd and play...
If that doesn't work get yourself a program called sd4hide.
If it doesn't work with that either i can't help you more.

You can't just mount the CD1 image. Mount it, then use SD4Hider to temporarily disable your optical devices. Close SD4Hider, play the game. After playing, restore the devices by using SD4Hider's restore function. Its a simple registry entry.

Hey i'm new here, first post, if you're having an issue with the cd reading and saying' INsert the right disc" try this... i had the SAME ISSUE. (I registered just to give you this reply by the way)

Right click on my computer
Go to properties
Go to the hardware tab
Go to Device Manager
Find "IDE ATAPI Controllers"
Double click on that, you'll see a screen with a lot of options, there should be a "secondary" tab, you need to make sure your options for the run mode are set to "PIO" mode in the dropdown menu for your first and secondary cd roms.

I'm running an nForce 2 chipset so i happen to get this error a LOT because of that stupid "safe cd" or whatever they run for the cds, which is great to protect the company against piracy but a pain in the BUTT for windows xp and some nforce2 chipsets together.

GIVE THAT A TRY, and see if it works, mine worked IMMEDIATELY aftwards.
