"Friends" List
"Friends" List
I have noticed over the past couple days random people have been adding me to their "friends" list. Scarily enough, I don't know them
Is this another sad gimmic for popularity?

I only add people I know and people the have seen/know me. But yes it is strange, I guess they want to be with the "in crowd" with people like Sparco or TheStig. I don't really care about that kind of stuff, but I'm the "real" noob here.
BTW Nice Set GT.

Seems like this website is a ghost town. No longer worth a visit or anyone's time.

Well, to me, its pretty damn annoying, but for me also, it's a bit good. Marko added me, and him being a "popular" guy in this community, he's helping me out for being on his friends list. People who visit his profile may visit some of his "friends". And yeah. But i still find it annoying. There should be an option to accept someone to be your friend, because being friended, and not being friended back isn't being friends.

Now I now what Sparco means, when Andre_Online takes things seriously. Sorry kinda off topic.
I personally like to keep a low key in the showrooms. It'd be nice if a few more people visited my garage, but I ain't complaining, at least I don't get bombarded with a crap loada "kissing up" posts - leave that for the "kiss up to the moderaters" thread

Friends function is a good idea in my opion (no need to browse around people garages to see if they got something new), but maybe it should be called something else. It not so much a "friends" list as it is a "heads up, these guys I'm interested in have new stuff" , atleast for me. There are people whos work always interest me, but don't really know at all to be called friends.
I don't have that many on my list, and I doubt I'll add many more. I don't really care if other people add me to their lists, but I don't mind it either.
