for your avatar you go to your profile and theres a thing at the bottom of the page for your avatar where u click browse and u can browse for pictrues that u have that are 100px X 100px or less. for ur signature u make ur own signature or have some make it for u and make sure its 550px X 120 px or less and then find an image hosting site like http://www.imageshack.us and copy the link, that imageshack provides, into your profile in the space that is provide for your signature and also u need to make sure that always allow bbcode is on yes. hope this helped and welcome to the forums

it says it wont accept psd so how do i change it

PSD is a photoshop file, just save it as jpg or gif.
