Sega re-releasing Dreamcast

This is probably the second most unlikely thing to ever happen. If it's true, hopefully Sega starts to work its way back into consoles.

True, but didn't it come out not long after the N64 was released?
Man it was a great console, just a shame there were hardly any sales to keep it on its feet. :(

Too all people, its about time you Cast that Dream.
Seems like this website is a ghost town. No longer worth a visit or anyone's time.

N64 was 1996, Dreamcast was 9/9/99.

It's true. By 1999 online gaming on the PC was already quite big, Sega took advatage of that. Contrary to popular belief, it wasn't XBOX to be the first to allow online gaming on the consoles

ChuChu Rocket - Wikipedia
ChuChu Rocket! was the first popular online game for any major video game console. The game was later given away free with every Dreamcast as a demonstration of its online abilities
It came with a 33k modem but a broadband adaptor was available.

Dreamcast is still a good console. Its Better than PS1, N64, and Atari. But People bought those consoles more than DC. It also has good racing games like Tokyo Xtreme Racer 1 & 2 and MSR (Metropolis Street Racer)

also the Xbox was a similar copy to the DC. 4 Controller Ports, B,A,X,Y Buttons, the only thing differnt about the Xbox is that you can still use the online services and the you can put a HD in it and sega made a gameing landmark by makeing the first online gaming console.

I'm sorry S2000, but I do not feel that the Dreamcast was better then the N64, just my personal opinion.

This isn't a re-release, it's a resale of refurbished Dreamcast units... Most likely only going to be a japan deal too... just read the news a little more fully guys, and you'll see...

And yes, DC was the first to REALLY support online play... Proof?? Why the first edition of "Unreal Championship", which is just the console version of Unreal Tournament... I still remember beating all the console newbs at that game...
