tradeins/selling mods for cars

ive read that you should sell all add ons before selling car, but i dont know how to acccess this,
also i won a black lists members pink slip, (the toyota forgot what number) and i want to fix it up and do trades for the suspension but i dont know how, i rented the game so i have no info book, and no little "how to" on the back
it is for the system GameCube if you can help thanks, sry bout spelling, i suck at it

Go to any body shop, and "buy" stock body parts to get a refund from your after market parts.

Only works for bodyparts, not performance or visual.
