Freerome w/ My Cars?

Is there a way to freerome with the cars you have made outside of career mode? Such as the cars you have costumized in the "My Cars section"? I don't believe there is, but I thought I might ask.

of course it is. Just use Hex Editit Carbon and feel free

Unfortunately, the only way to do it is to do it on the PC. And you have to hex edit your savegame. Basically, you have to change the car location code of a car in My Cars so that it also appears in your career safehouse. Go to the Editing forums and read around a bit to get some more info on hex editing Carbon.
