FYI, Anitec.ca had that monitor for $249 a few days ago ...
Yeah, this card is meant to be a temporary arrangement until a future computer. And my dad was able to shop around and actually got the monitor for $277 CDN because Future Shop always beats other prices by a few dollars.

In my experience, MSI makes excellent graphics cards. I haven't had very good experiences w/ their motherboards, though ...
Is it good to have 2 Video cards coz ive got 2 NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS and yeah everything is great and all but i wanna know is it a good idea to have both working or whatever
Yeah, if your motherboard can support SLi (thats 2 gfx cards working in unison). You might also need a bridge to connect the 2 cards together. Check your manual for more instructions.

If there were an "add quote" function on this board, I would gladly put all of them into one post, but I'm not going to go Quote, CTRL+A, CTRL+C, Back, Quote, CTRL+V, then type out my responses, especially if there are multiple posts that I'm responding to ...
any news on if the 8 series will be AGP too? im going to build a new system that will support SLI but i dont wanna let go of my current homebrew. most likely im hit home for a 8500 or 8600.
They'll probably produce some 8000-series cards for AGP, but whether or not it'll be worth it is another question all-together. If your system is still using AGP, you probably don't have a very fast processor and a lot of these games nowadays are requiring minimum 3 GHz (or 3000+) processors w/ 3.5 GHz (or 3500+) or higher recommended. When DX10 comes out with much more advanced graphics and physics, I doubt many AGP systems are going to be able to meet the rest of the hardware requirements ...

double posting is double posting, and it should be avoided
