any programmers find the way can fix the lagging/shuttering/freezing issues in MW ?
Coz now we dunhav chance from EA already....

Not really, no source code available to even try to address the problems. Simple hex hacking wont do it.

Close background tasks and reduce your video options or get better hardware. There is and will be no other way.
