How do I get 100% completion in my career in NFSMW?

Hi guys. I've been sitting on 96% in my career for ages now. I've won all the races on the blacklist. I've completed all the milestones including the final challenge with Cross. I've been racing around increasing my cah and bounty. Got over a million dollars now and over 16 million bounty but it's still at 96%. Been getting into persuits too and getting infractions but still 96%. What must I do to get 100% ? How do I check my rap sheet?

click the button that says rap sheet. then, work on it

the rap sheet is acessible from the safe house...complete the races you didn't race in the older blacklist members...if your problem is the rap sheet then you got to get to first place in all of the rankings
