Carbon Question.

I have just finally started carbon again and this time I dont know whats wrong.

I beat Kempton, and I have unlocked numerous Tier 2's and cars.

I cant use the Tier 2's on my current Mazda which makes sense, but I cant get a Tier 2 Car.

Can someone tell me what im missing?

I assume you're talking about performance parts for Tier 2?

You may have completed a certain amount of race before beating the boss of Kempton, but not all are completed. You might wanna check for some races in Kempton which hasn't been completed, 'cuz certain races unlock parts for different kind of cars (muscles, exotics, tuners) and tiers.
