The first SHIFT CTC is getting off the ground! If you want to take part, pick your theme now from the 10 described below. You have 2 choices each. Follow the comment link to vote!

[Hypercars] - Tune a tier 4 car.
[Works Racer] - Tune a works converted car.
[Super Street] - The body-kit used must be tier 1. The cars used must be fairly affordable, and typical street cars. The vinyls should also be "street". Basically, sporty, but not hardcore, and something that will turn necks. The ultimate daily drive?
[Showcars] - Not what this game's geared towards... but there's plenty of layers to work with to create something different to the mass of performance cars in the showroom.
[Hot Hatch] - Tune Crazy Hatchbacks
[Matte Challenge] - At least half the car is to be matte. Can be done using paint or vinyl covering. (You can choose the vinyl texture right?)
[S2000 Challenge] - Tune an S2000.
[Abstract Challenge] - Create an abstract art-type design.
[Orange Challenge] - Orange must be the car's main colour.
[Radius Challenge] - Circles... Lots of Circles... make something awesome using circles. You can use other vinyls... but the layout will be mainly circular.

Showcars and hot hatch for me, though ill happily tune in any of the other categories since i've been prepping cars and getting ideas for them for the last month or so

PS we should have a longer entry period for this comp since it takes quite alot of time and patience for tuning in shift (i think a month would be good) oh and then theres the fact that my laptop charger cable broke so my laptop is rendered useless meaning i cant use any of the games. itll prabably take near to a month to get a replacement from HP, so it would be much appreciated if you could delay the opening of the entry period or the closing of the entry period

Super Street and Showcars for me, Works Racer isn't bad one either.
One week just isn't enough for making a decent car in SHIFT. Though even if we have a month time to create our entries, I think I still don't have time to compete in this one...
