I cant open any VINYLS.BIN files its says (Run-Time error 9) Subscript out of range....

your using NFSUG1 tool to open NSFUG2 files, right?
well, it just doesnt work

It's not a nfsu1 tool i was made for that game but you can use it on some nfsu2 file's to, but i am still working on a way to open the new vinyls and texture file's
