hey DoR. that decal looks sweet. but u should never desaturate a car as colouring. somtimes ppl do it to hide the fact that they have c/p something and they can get the colour right. im not saying that u hav but it looks bad and cheap. but keep up the good work fella's

I didn't desaturate it, i colored it grey i often use grey or black colors on my chops. Maybe i will make it a different color but most chops i seen here hasn't had a color change. If you take a look at my bmw m3 chop i used a darker grey then i used on this one.

@99_k Beter change the angle see attachment. Green is car angle(right angle) and red is vent angle(wrong if you compare to the angle the car is in)

Its a nice car so i tried sth, anyways, its not finished, just work in progess, i guess i wont finish it on time, but will make it after the competiion

(its a bit crappy coz it was few minutes quickie, just playing with it

hmm... still lot of work on it... but... when is the deadline ?

I can handle it, so for everybody here are a few simple rulles.

1 you can make as many progress post as you want.
2 post all your mods with the progress
3 with vinyl chop post imageshack link + mod list
4 if you don't post your final work we shall use the last posted imageshack link + mod list

S2000_Skyline12 - boring, nice colour change, mesh looks pretty bad.

Ceska666 - not bad dont like the decals though

neons, so ricey but they look well executed. needs a bit more done.

D - that hood is wack

, front bumper is off angle.

the rest of the back round changes look terrible sorry, looks really fake and floating

how does the hood look fake, because from 3 other chopping forums i have had great feedback on the hood and the whole thing.

i might be sounding like a tool but please tell my why the hood i fake and ill try and fix it.

Ok see attachment,
1st green arrow car over the head light.
2nd green arrow it's triangle shapped and yours is rounded (see other side of hood what i mean)
3rd+4th green arrow i can a small line off the old hood.

And check out my progress on previous page if you can find something wrongs aswell on my car so i can change it to.

1st green arrow - not CD hood, reflection look at original
2nd green arrow - all fixed now will post up later,
3rd+4th look i high res original still flowing on from solver triangles.

5th point - i know your trying to help and i thank you for that but seriously what have you got with being so picky with my chops.
you really need to find something else better to do than crop and put arrows and be really picky.

i am not picky this is the first time i ever said anything about your chop. If i wanted to be picky then i would say that yout rimm reflection sucks aswell because it's all blurry and shiznit. And beside's you asked me why it looked fake so i just aswered your question

But that part off the hood that your rounded isn't reflection both side's has triangle piece's.

Nice but too bright. Darken it or something and brighten up the vinyl. So far so good. Just change the color.
