they where annoying me for a while with the spamming and using offensive language!
and today they simply pissed me off!

That happened to me recently. I should've never bought a game by an extinct company. I bought Star Trek: Starfleet Command 2. Big mistake. Fortunately it only cost me a whopping $8.44. I installed it tried the code several times and had to return it and get another in exchange. I did the same. Installed it and tried the CD key with no luck. Fortunately I got my $8.44 back.

I E-mail them usually; then within a day they give me a new CD Key. This happened on my NFSHP2, I can't play online last time. Now I can.
