There are alot of cars with editted windows, I've already posted some. But for some reason they're not deleted

No it is not.
The only weird thing is the black lines around headlights, but it's a result of the black vinyl I guess...

the black lines around headlights is because it has headlight-covers and the basepaint is black. That's why they're black

look how heavily these windows are edited i mean there's a steering wheel throught the window the spoiler the background the seats. this is just ttoo much editing IMO

yeah... why can't he get it? choped windows.

you can see a lot of chop rides in the top 50!
tint/windows, cf, colours...

some of the cars are from "well-known" users here and most likely newbs will follow them. if nothing happens to this rides then chopping will continue... i had cars deleted back then coz of editing and its a bit unfair seeing this cars.

the admin should have a strong fist againts this type of rides. if nothing happens then there should be no rules at all coz its broken anyways...

yes, it's mirrored. and if you look really close, you can still see the reflecion of a Viper in the water
