I NEED TUNING HELP!

Yo i need help tuning my civic. I've gotten it to run high 21's on xbox live on the bayview bridge course. But i wana squeeze even more power outa it. I've heard of several tuning methods to get civics to outrun 240's. I can hang with the big guns, i jus cant win so plz help meh!

oh btw, i've got some tuning specs for 240's. dunno if they're the best but they work OK.
