once you get past the few, annoying days of money-troubles, you can soon amass a huge amount of cash through selling cars won in pink-slip races and by entering races with high entrance fees. for example, i entered a Legion race which cost me $45,000 to get into. the prize for 1st place was $450,000! also, some of the crew's are willing to bet stupid amounts of money on races. i once bet Poppa Zee from the Lordz $750,000 during a race for $500,000. guess who won? my mate currently has over $4m, and i have $2.5m. btw, the most cars you can own at any one time is 55. i know cos i've almost got 1 copy of every car in the game. tip: to get large amounts of respect from Poppa Zee: the higher the bet you win, the more respect you get. also, for the Public Chaos crew, buying lots of cars and doin em up will get u lots of respect at the end of ur next race.
on the respect sheet, i currently have all bars full except for Poppz and Maria. T.K. is my highest respecting person, with a value of over 4,000 (equal to more than two full columns)
@ Pelado: the way you think is right, but you've drawn the wrong conclusions. obviously you're crap on Juiced, and as such you are slagging the handling and realism etc. tip: go home, get better at Juiced, then come back and write a more informed review.
@ Andre: You REALLY shouldn't base your standards for a street racing game on NFSU2 alone. it's a crap game. sure, it has liscenced tuning parts, but Juiced has that, along with official, liscenced body kits; the last game to do that was Midnight Club 3, which was a really cool game too. btw, did you think a street racing game was defined by it's NOS effect? rofl! Newsflash! nos does not make the world glow or blur your vision to the point of tunnel vision. Gran Turismo 4 has NOS!!!! and since that is a VERY realistic game, don't you think they would've gotten that effect right? of course they did. but then, for boosts to be any fun on an arcade game you HAVE to exaggerate their effect on the car. in Burnout, it makes the BGM louder and blurs the screen. in NFSU1 & 2, it makes everything glow whilst blurring the screen, in Juiced it produces a flame from the tailpipes. in GT4, you go accelerate faster. it really isn't that major an issue. Tip: Be adventurous, and listen to your own music!!
Tip for all: completion rate is based solely on how full up the bars are on the crews' screen.
thats it! i may return at some point and see what hating/praising/agreeing replies have been posted.
see ya!
