i can upload the tutorial in about a month, coz im going on vacation now and will be gone for a month...

the cone problem(that all get's deleted):
you probably put the delete action in the "Car" object, but it should be in the cone object

so when cone(the object) meets car(object) delete itself

got a update on Street Xtreme.....
made it possable to take burnouts and doughnuts(spelling???)
and added some traffic

i'll make the 360 direction for u now 99_k

I have a registered version now so i wont be needing the tut.
Well here is my new game im working on. Final mile.
This is a little demo of what the driving is like.

The finished version will feature:
A nice city and country side together for you to drive around.
Hopefully 30 cars
There will be no tuning but some cars may come tuned.
Plenty of racing tracks (some featured in a different city)
Circuit, sprint and petrol run.
Petrol run is the person who gets the furthest around customized tracks before thre petrol runs out.

did you use image_angle for rotations or did you use 36 images???

I used image angles. Adder another car based on a lomorghini. Faster but not as good brakes.

good you use different speed and brakes and stuff for different cars
ps: you could use different acceleration(if you haven't though about it allready)

Oh yea erm a level editor sounds great.
And the link dosnt work for your game

I also do use different acceleration as for when the next demo coming out featuring the senna (the one in the first demo) and the countach. Basically a lamoghini with a few differences. The next demo will also feature the countryside cruise track.

ps: I have deleted Street Xtreme coz there was a lot of problems in it, but the sprites is 100% the same

a new city has been made and garage, bodyshop and paint shop has been seperated.
so i need a new car list.

so far the car list is:

how about a nissan skyline in ur game? it's a tuning game staple. also, wen u bringin out a demo for this latest street xtreme, cos i read all the previous pages and wanted to play it, but no links worked. had a nice lil play on 99_k's drivin demo, tho!

Haha! Funny game.

If it's possible, make a map! it's hard to find in that "town"

Bad things i noticed:
When you reverse, the speedlimiter goes backwards.
If you press Ctrll (handbrake) when the car stopped, you accelerate.

Edit: Oops, Ctrl was also burnout button
