I'll disagree here with you. Motion blur can't do such things, It's an edit in PS.

BUT It's on the small pics only so if Pabl0z's right there is no problem with that.

This one has clearly been editted. On the top picture you can see the red neon underneeth the car. On the bottom-pic it's been editted to black-shadow

Since reflections are allowed, I don't think that adding shadow to the car is such a big deal

Yes, it is different. The main picture of the RX-7 is using normal bumpers and skirts. But the smaller pic is using a WBK... I'm not sure it's allowed, but it's certainly been changed.

I made the presentation for that car, and it was edited using the magical technique of turning off the neon in the custom parts section of the showroom
