That's the Efini symbol. It was the luxury brand for Mazda. Efini is gone now though.

Efini was never a brand, thats why. They were simply the Japanese specification RX7s, like Eunos were to MX5s/Miatas.

Actually its probably the V shape of the Rotor inside the engine. RX inside the rotor shape. Yes Efini was a brand, it was Mazda's version of Infiniti.

We are both wrong its not an RX-7 symbo nor it is a V rotor shaped with RX in it at all its a Stylized E with a tilde in it.
