I have the Creative Labs INSPiRE T3000 2.1 system. :D Here are the specs from newegg:

hmmm....i dont really know the specs for my speakers, but i've got 2 sets of Harman/Kardon speakers connected to my computer and my laptop and a set of Creative CS120 for my ipod

I have 3 pairs in my room. 2 hang for the cieling(arent set up, yet). 2 sit on the floor, and I have a set of primary PC speaker(use less electricity)

I have a pair of SDTA (or i think that's what the logo says) speakers.
I bought them about 5 years ago and are actually quite powerful.

I have a Creative labs 5.1 Surround set up here.... I dont know the model number because my dad bought them in Korea.. :lol:

Mine are Cambridge Soundworks Digital 2.1 speakers. Excellent quality imo, and doesn't take up much desk space (woofer on the floor though).

Damn i wanted to buy this 2.1 Labtec set today for only 15€ or so but i ran out of money when i bought a pair of Hugo Boss jeans :lol:

Lol I got my Creative T3000 for $5 because of an awsome rebate... It costs $45 on newegg, so must cost 55 or 50 in a normal store... :D

They were pretty good when I bought them 6 years ago and still are, but they started to make bad noises when I max the volume :(
So now I use these more often :)

That is also were we lead to sound card issues..... you might have an awesome set-up, but a crappy sound card can ruin the day

It's not that, don't worry :)
It's because of the speakers. They don't want to work that well on high volume as they used to.

Well It's everyone's choice. :) I'm VERY happy with my 2.1 system. I can easily get a 7.1 using random speakers, but hey, why the heck do I need 7.1?

Only reason why i changed from my 2.1 to 5.1 is because i use the same speakers when watching movie's on my pc or tv. I even use them sometimes to get some extra effect while playing PS2 Games.
