When i used to be a swimmer many of my team-mates had asthma and they were usually the best swimmers. So asthma is no problem in swimming at least

i had asthma, but when i grew into my teens, it just disappeared. Havent had an attack in ages since then

But I haven't done a beep test for ages so I might be able to do better now.

And also I might have a weak heart or something, because my heart rate is always high. Right now as I sit here and type, my heart rate is about 60-70.

bogan: I have a fast heart rate too.
When i used to swim we sometimes checked our heart rates on different speeds and my heart rate was always something like 10-15% faster than others.

I also have Asthma........And i used to get it alot and Just take like 8 puffs of that puffa (ventilin) thing at a time......But now i have my own theory br0.....If i get asthma now i try to sit it out......That means i try and get rid of it without useing the Ventilin.......Sometimes it works but other times i have to use my Ventilin.....and i have learnt now from school that i should only take like 2 Puffs at a time otherwise ur body gets Ammuned to the stuff and eventually it wont work......which kinda started happening to me.....

Normal resting heart rates ranges anywhere from 60 beats per minute up to 100 beats per minute. Ideally you want to be between 60-90 beats per minute, with the average resting heart rate for a man being 70 beats per minute

Are you in sports and gym? Try to be as active as you can and you'll get rid of it. My mom started getting asthma a while ago. So everyday she would pack the inhaler on her bike and we would go riding on paths that went by rivers and all that. We went on long rides. Now a year later she doesn't even have it anymore.

Only problem is she's still allergic to all birds so I can't get the parakeet I was planning on getting. Looks like I'll have to stick to the rodents.

That is pretty long, what elso is connected to the web, or is your browser the only thing? Only problems i have today is with Yousendit but that is because there server is messed up because to many people are on it

This site has been slow before, I'm on DSL and it was slow the other day. Either the server was slowing down or some yoyos were trying to crash the internet.
