NFSMW PS2 demo

Well i went to eb games yesterday and picked up the demo, and let me tell you that this is gonna be awsome.

The level of detail is amazinf for a ps2 game... i was just looking at the perfectly rendered interiors of the 4 cars in the demo, 2 BMW M3's and 2 Mazda RX8's for a long time.

The police are so realistic in the game... after every race you win, it isnt over... because the police wont let you get away that easy... you have a time limit ranging from 1-2 mins to avoid getting busted... and believe me, this is alot harder than you think it is.
One stuff up and thats it, youll have 10 police cars boxing you in against a wall and youll be busted in no time.

There are 3 races in the demo i got, a tollbooth, sprint and drag race... the drag race is particullarly fun... not long in to the race, a semi trailer comes out from a side street and you have the option to either try to beat it or go under it using the race breaker feature.. going under is alot more fun as youd expect but more dangerous.

So overall the demo is very good, and i cant wait for the game to come out because this will definetly be the game of the year.

I've got the ps2 demo too...i've got it this morning...it's dam awesone and fun...

I know... the demo you got, was it the same as mine... with the RX8 and M3, because my friend got a different one, with a mustang and cayman s...

But this game is so good, i love using the speadbreaker when im doing the drag race to go under the truck.

jesus why not just camp out front of best buy now and wait. every 2 hours walk in and look at the MW cases and then go back outside. go on ahead i dare you.

What? the demo?... why.,.. when all i had to do was drive down to eb games and pick it up for free.

dude, this game is gonna Fu@# rock, the ps2 system, cant wait to pick mine up, i have played both demo's and the mustang is definately better in theis game than NFSU2.

did I hear that right mustang better?? I hope so cuz I loved it in u2. About the demo ea games has a cheat for the ps2 to unlock the cayman but i can't get it to work.

@da wizz21... i have the same problem, it wont work.. i try it on all of the menus and it wont work... i thought it was just me but now i know it isnt.

you have to press it in the screen after the intro movies:
on the screen that has the pic of the M3 and says DEMO! and as soon as you see press x to continue press the code and you get the Cayman, and trust me it is a great car in the PS2 demo

Thanks stig i'll have to go try it after i find the code again.

Well i tried it and it still doesn't work. I wonder if it might be my version it has 3 game demos on it, mw, ssx and 007. Oh well i'll just wait till it comes out.

Da wizzi21, you have got the axact same demo as me and are having the same problem as me... i think it must be the demo, ill try what the stig said but i doubt it'll wotk because i think i already tried it

Nice, if your from Australia, then i should be able to get the MW Demo for my
PS2 also, seeing as im from australia too... i wanna race the M3 and RX-8

Although Viper still owns from PC demo

I also checked out that BE will be available for PS2 in australia, EA games australia website says BE for PS2 launch on 24th November...
