I have both real time and speedbreaker. I only do it with the log truck because the other rig doesnt do jack. I like the golf course approach blasting through both signs.Abrams wrote:Anyone tryed yet to use speedbraker and go under moving truck? The one that moves in front onto you or from you....seems pretty hard since the steering stays the same?

Oh? When i first got it, I though its was something special, but I got told it was crap so I assumed it was. Cool thing is, I purchased my computer for less than the retail of the card aloneAbrams wrote:Yeah, 4800 GeForce 4 series are very powerfull cards imo. Even tho you might underestimate them by 4 number......but performance output is very very good.
About the demo:
Most of the cars tend to have to much power in first gear resulting in endless wheelspins, but it adds to the challenge.
I love the speedbreaker feature, I always do a 180 at the start of the roadblock challenge so I can go head on with the cops.
The cars tends to move sideways a little easy without turning as much as it should.
My steering wheel is a bit sensitive to the demo.
I love ramming roadblocks!
Overall this game kicks @$$ so far!

I did it by accident once. I was trying to shove a police car into the wall but steered too early and I thought I would have went into the truck but I smoothly went underneath and on the other side. Then I freaked out, cops surrounded me and got busted. Too bad there isn't replay. There are a lot of moments which were so crazy.Abrams wrote:Anyone tryed yet to use speedbraker and go under moving truck? thats true, but after a while of high speed running i get borred when they can't bust you. those tight streets are the fun part, tests yours driving skill too. its so nice to see police cars from the road block flying through the air when u bust through.Abrams wrote:Really depends on how long you can keep youself on the highway.
Just make your way onto round highway, and speed thru.
On the small streets it gets harder with all the obstacles on the road...can get blocked pretty fast....
I tryed today with trucks fun, and managed to get a clear passage only once with a front moving truck....
and btw, the Viper spins only if you start try to start and turn. Using nos at the first seconds of acceseleration helps to prevent it, faster speed gain, car gets stable.
p.s. I like streets more the highway, lets you have alot of fun with speedbraker/purshuit breakers and such
