I read that no matter what amount it's in no amount of alcohol is good for you. Alcohol is a toxin. Toxins aren't good. There is no good about it.

Yes, those have alcohol in them.

I don't smoke, never have and never will, but for almost 20 years I was a passive smoker coz my mom smokes.
Alcohol I do use and propably would use more than I know do if I had more money. Tho I never really like to get totally wasted. But definitely I sometimes get a feeling that I gotta have some alcohol. :P

I dont smoke (I have tried... when I was 14)

It's useless. Costs a lot of money that can be spend on girlfriends gifts, and it causes a lot of diseases, apart from your skin got old faster and your brain neurones lost efficience in less time.

And it makes your teeth look like shiznit = no girlfriends.

What he said is that your brain neurons lose their efficiency over time with smoking and drinking.

Smoking and drinking both contain hazardous toxins which aren't good for the bodily function.

I found some facts from a site about acohol and drugs and stuff.

Q: Can drinking alcohol be good for you?

A: There are some benefits to moderate drinking including a lower chance of developing some types of heart disease. But doctors normally do not recommend patients start drinking to achieve these benefits which are also produced by less risky methods like getting more exercise or quitting smoking.

Jopuma, it has been proven that a glass of red wine everday is good for you.

BTW, did you know that our great great great (cavemen) ancestors used to drink alcohol instead of water? This is because making alcohol was the only way to make dirty water safe to drink. Well that's what they did in Europe, while people in Asia just boiled the water or something like that. And that is the reason why Europeans (and European descendants) can handle their alcohol much better than Asian people.

But anyway, there's nothing good about smoking :P

Maybe you should try the Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) gum, which doubles a person's chances of quitting smoking. Not sure if it's available in your country though..

yes it is, but at the moment i cant afford it. some people have become addicted to the nicotine in the gum instead though. you will probably say that i will save mor money in the long run, but my cigarettes dont cost me anything. i sell enuf at my skool to pay for them and make some profit, which i then spend on drink and mor cigarettes.
