About each police car type..

I like hiding there when I have heat 4 but thats it. If its 5 the Corvettes are smart enough to go up the ramp and usually they flip me over when they push me off.

Hard to explain.

on challenge 40 with the 10 minute evasion , i hid up ontop of the roof of the bus stop, the other ramp you go on leads you onto it, when i hid on the buses heat x4 GTO cars managed to get up, after i hid there for 10 mintues and Heat x5 kicked in i waited there still for the Corvettes to come, what ended up happening was all the GTO cars drove off and i ended up waiting there in cool down mode, the corvettes never came... and i Won the challenge. I hate Heat x5, its harder than x7, those Corvettes just don't give up, and whenever i enter cool down theres some more ahead of me, each time, even when i stop them chasing me with giant donuts and stuff they keep coming...

Thanks to GINIX_2007's tip, I won the milestone challenge and beaten blacklist #4.

Here's the story:
I was on 80,000 bounty and corvette and heavy SUV are after me at heat level 3. I straight away move on to the bus station and stay on top of the bus. My bounty move from 100,000 to 3,334,100 while I am on top of the buses. My heat level also raised from level 3 to level 5. The stupid thing was,why didn't the cops even try to get up on me within 30 minutes? I had to force myself to look back to see whether the cops are behind me for 30 minutes, and not a single cop was there. The chopper came and guess what, it just stayed on top of me like a stupid ***o*.

If it's true that you can stay on top of the bus, How can u evade the police then? Are they evading themselves?

there is two ramps in the bus station (interchange) by the side...take the left one and u will reach there

I tried to stay on top of the buses, and a corvette drove up behind me. My evade meter started to go into red so I had to jump off and finally completed the evade in the golf course.

this is a better idea...before you drive on top of the buses, take the ramp and turn right just beside the glass panels...

yep..that's what i am talking about..the police will try to catch you but instead...they will be too fast until they flew out of the bus station.

i know i have seen it the cops are just going to sit there and wait. The few smart cops will try to drive up andthey will just fly off the ramp.

Well you see the heat 5 cops will sometimes jut sit there and so will the chopper. You think they are like the lvl 3-2-1 cops? Well they are smart enough to come up the ramp. I had Rhinos actually come up the ramp, so you have to position yourself right so they can't see you or hit you.

I usually get up there and turn around and face the bus station and get really close to the edge. I sat up there for 9 minutes and only had to jump off to stay visible and maybe to get away from a x5 cop. You have to be able to evade and get back up there quickly if you can't knock the cop off.

Someone mentioned using the Speed Breaker to avoid the Rhino units.

I never thought of that.

Didn't have much of a problem finishing the game though, 20 million bounty etc.

100+ police cars immobilised in a single chase

I'm so going to try it when I get home and use the speed breaker.

my best ever pursuit was 37 mins... and 14,000,000 bounty. that put my rap sheet to all number 1's and 100% copmplete. i did it in the SLR... that car is the best for pursiuts.
But the mustang is good to, when the rhino cops come at you just plow straight into it and they get immobialised everytime unless your going to slow because the mustang it really strong.
