the only visual editing that is allowed is window tint and rim color (if you have custom rims installed) you can also change body colors, but the vinyl stays on top. can't remove it.
but, you can fully upgrade the rhino in terms of performance. ALL performance parts are available for it, including regular and junkman parts. i've souped mine up to the max, and have a ton of fun with the cops now =D

see, the rhino was never "built". it's a mutated form of scrapped street racer cars. One day, the cops walked into their impound, and it was there. and the original Rhino made little tiny Rhinos that grew up to be the ones that ram you head on. Since they came from scraps of street racer cars, these rhinos have street racer rims.

Ok, I failed to do the trainer, It just doesn't want to work.
Stil, I foun an easyer way to edit the cars in the car lot. In this method you change them directly from the memory, So that you can change them as you play, without having to reload the sav or fix the cecksum.
Download WinHack 2 (Google for it). Run the game, Alt+Tab. In WinHack select the process speed.exe. Tick "Search for: Anything" and hit "Start new search". Hit Ok, Yes, nevermind what the messages say.
Now select the tab "Edit Memory". Right to the "Go to adress" button write $021273F8 to edit the Cobalt, or $02127484 to edit the Punto. Hit "Go To Adress", Ok.
Now Notice how one of the cases in the matrix is highlited. Just write the cars code you want to swap the old one for, And hit "Save Cahnges".
That's it!, you can edit this as many times as you want.
Edit!!!: I found out something more. See how most of the stock cars have their code in two Parts, which are IDENTICAL. For example the Aston Martin: 6A1CB6A4 6A1CB6A4. Ok, It seems like the only thing the first part determines is the Name of the Car, which appears everywhere, I mean the images with the make, the cars name, etc. Now see that the police cars have that awfull "temp 350" sign. To Have something nicer looking you can use these two cunstom codes:
CF82E5220C076C8F <<Cop Corvette
C63D48AA95DC4969 <<Cop GTO
These are the cop cars with the names of the regular cars. Try them out!
PS: If you edit the mamory and then save, your changes will be saved to the save game. When you load everything will be as it was when you saved.

I've never used Tsearch, but for what I've read, it should be similar to WinHack. (All memory editors are alike) It should work.
Since I failed in my atempt of making a trainer, I will start writing a more detailed tutorial with pics and stuff to make it more clear to everyone. If someone wish to help me out with correction or anything else, you are welcome.

(edit) I'm gonna found out how it works wish me luck
By the way, is the handling of the cop cars the same as the cars from the Car Lot?

well andre, i only know how to do it by editing the savegame, and not the memory. here are the steps (kinda).
1. Make a backup of the savegame you're about to modify (very important)
2. Open up the savegame in WinHex or a similar hex-editor
3. Click Edit, then Go To, and type in 6065 and make sure HEX is selected. The data here should read 117AEEA6117AEEA6. This is the value for the Fiat Punto. This is what you'll be replacing.
4. Now, open the attached cars.txt and find the code for the car you want. You'll have to type this code in manually. Once that's done, save and exit.
5. Download and extract the savegame editor mentioned earlier in this topic. Use it to fix the checksum in the savegame you just modified.
6. Start the game, load your profile, and go into a carlot (eve mycars carlot will work). instead of the punto, there should be whatever car you replaced.
7. If you want, once you buy the car, you can put the Punto back in again. To do this, follow the previous steps, except when typing in the value for the new car, type in the Punto's value. Then fix the checksum, and load.
