My experience with more RAM

Well, last month i was using a 256 ram module and the game was slower as hell. Now i bought a 1gb Ram and, now the game is at MAXIMUM detail. So, if you want to fast your game, you should install MORE ram, 512 or more. Because i had a Athlon Xp +2200 2.0ghz, MSI Radeon X9550 256mb and 128bit , BUT only 256 ram and the game was SLOW. Now i have 1gb ram and the games goes SO FAST with MAXIMUM details.

Yes...i used to have 256...and it lags as hell.
I got myself 1 GB TOO a few days ago, and now, Maximum Details and (I kid you not) it runs as smooth as a Golf GTI

I tryed once with 3x256 instead of the 2x256 I normally have and the difference is quite much. With some games, Increasin the page file to something like 2gb helps a lot.

Before i did have 1G PC 2700 333Mhz DDR ram memory, did by 2G PC 3200 400Mhz DDR ram memory a wile ago and did notice a clear change for the better with all games.

I'm going to get myself 2x1GB DDR333 ram for my notebook... (yeah I play on my laptop) :O
