@ceano: yes you can, what you will get is that all three cars wil haave the same bounty/unserved infractions
@phidik: That is how I do it, but it is more difficult for inexpert users. Hte other method is easyer, but has it's problems. People will have to choose.
The effect 42 has is that the car is not counted for the car limit in the safehouse. I adon't think it can be added to other codes to have a combined efect.

All of them? That's more than 30 cars in all.prince1142003 wrote:i've managed to put all cars available in the game into the safehouse. this includes cop cars, bonus cars, and traffic cars. but, i can't enter the customization shop anymore
In doing so you might've over written a bunch of stuff in the savegame file causing it to puke everytime you go to custom shop
NO MORE CAR FOR YOU!!!!

nonono... i can't get into the customization shop using only certain cars, namely the pickup and a few cop cars. i press the button, and nothing happens. with other cars, it works...phidik wrote:All of them? yes, i have 61 cars in one savegame... although i'm thinking of ditching that one, lol... meh, i'll just go make another savegame when i have time...
btw, on a side note: how do you link a car's bounty with another car? i know someone (Koffy?) did it. i just want to know how it was done.

My uneducated guess would be that bounty is stored after the car data section.... something like 0xE2ED onward. Again, this is just a hunch.btw, on a side note: how do you link a car's bounty with another car? i know someone (Koffy?) did it. i just want to know how it was done.
Koffy is able to link all the cars' bounty into one giant pot by changing the last bit of all cars in the garage to 01. Example:
53 4B05 7953 4B05 7902 000F 0006 01
Now, if you want each car to have its own bounty, you could buy a car in the game then use hex editor to replace the car code with the one that you like while leaving the last bit unchanged. That way, your new car points to the correct address where the bounty data is stored in the savegame file.
That's right, I put the same bounty index number for all cars.
About he structure:
If you want ot look for the customization part, look for 2ECDCDCD, for example in this case. What is before it until the previous CDCDCD, is the car's customizations.
Whith Stat-X's expalantion I hve changed tha M3's rims, its colour, and I have even added a spoiler (which you cannot see) but alows you to performance tune the aerodynamics.

You can't add all the junkman parts to the BMW ... it crashed when you try to add the junkman turbo. You can add the other parts, just not the turbo. The same goes for the Camaro.Ceano wrote:Is it possible to get the junkmans parts on the BMW,if so what is it that i have to replace with all junkmans part code 7F?

This goes by 'level', I believe the Lexus has 4 levels of engine upgrades.
So to get max engine performance, set the engine value to 4.
However, not all cars got 4 levels of upgrades.
If a car has only 1 level of upgrade, set the engine value to 1 to get it to the max.
Performance Mods:
71) 01000000 <tires
72) 01000000 <brakes
73) 01000000 <suspension
74) 01000000 <transmission
75) 01000000 <engine
76) 01000000 <turbo
77) 01000000 <nitrous
78) 7F000000 <junkman
Junkman parts are a different story.
If you only want the junkman engine part, change it to 10
If you want transmission + suspension you have to add these values together IN HEX(!)
So that's 04 + 08 = 0C, get it ?
Junkman:
tires =01
brakes =02
suspension =04
transmission =08
engine =10
turbo =20
nitrous =40
everything =7f
Nice work, glad to see someone understood my explanationKoffy wrote:Whith Stat-X's expalantion I hve changed tha M3's rims, its colour, and I have even added a spoiler (which you cannot see) but alows you to performance tune the aerodynamics.
Also didn't know you could tune the aerodynamics when you add a spoiler to the BMW ... good to know
It's to complicated for me, after all i have never used any hex coding in my life before and are glad that i just understand how to add cars. But it wold be nice to be able to do more than that.
This is my BMW code:
4E 4A CC 23 B3 5F 08 4E 02 00 0F 00 1D 02 CD CD
and all junkmans parts except the turbo is 5F in hex, were shall i put that in my BMW code?

@ Ceano: Thing is that it is not added to the car code, but to the performance section pointed by the Customization ID, in this case for you it would be the block located before 1DCDCDCD. there will be a bunch of numbers like this:

Koffy: OK now it's getting a bit clearer
shall try that and let you know, thanks a million for your help and patients.
EDIT: I did it thanks again Koffy!
When you added the spoiler were did you do that? at the same place? I know its the first four digits that is the spoiler but were is those digits and what shall i change to? Maybe you can show a screen shot.

At least now i can change the aerodynamics on the BMW.
With this and the junkman parts except the turbo (that cant be used for the BMW), i can get the BMW up to 242 mph or 389 km/h (not using NOS). THANKS!
Would anyone be willing to add the modded-out M3 to this savegame? It is the one posted a couple pages back (plus a couple other cars I've added to the garage in the meantime). It has police vehicles, all of the Blacklist cars, Castrol Ford GT and a couple others in the garage now. Would love to see the maximum-tuned M3 in this savegame as well to save others the trouble of having to hex edit in the future. All three M3 variants are already buyable in the Showroom in this savegame, but the M3 isn't maxed out with Junkman parts. If someone could finish editing the M3 to make it all Junkman, etc, that would be awesome.
Perhaps if it's possible, can someone also add like 20 of each Junkman part to the Campaign's inventory? That way instead of hex editing the Junkman parts onto cars, people can simply add them in the Customize store if that's possible?
Would also like to see the Camaro modded out further with Junkman if that's possible?
Muchas gracias.

Here is the new save with the junkman parts on both BMW's and the Camaro in the career garage, you can also tune the aerodynamics on this three cars now.
I have also added five of all junkman parts in the shop.
