Has anyone tried this yet? I just got one but the rumble isn't working at all. Not sure if its the controller or just this game. I'm gonna go look for something to test the rumble with also.
Yes I have rumble enabled in the controller settings on NFS
NFSWM: PC + XBox 360 Controller
it wont work, also if you notice your car will drift all over the place because of the lack of dead zones. I returned the thing and got a logitech rumblepad 2. The XBOX 360 controler is a really good piece of hardware, but that software that supports it is lacking.rentaroo wrote:I use the Xbox 360 controller on my PC and it works fine for me but now that you mention it. I don't think the rumble works when I play NFSMW.. Have to go check when I get home in the morning.

Lik-Sang make USB adapters for PS2 and Xbox controllers. http://www.lik-sang.com
This is the microsoft official driver to plug the x360 controller into a pc usb slot:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
And yeah the driver lacks some settings like dead zones. And the vibration thing is not working
The controller runs pretty well.
Been playing with it for 2 weeks
Actually the normal xbox controllers are based in USB interface, see the link
