?????

That didn't make sense..

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6819103537

Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813131524

GFX: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814150098

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820144310

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811154054

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6817101513

$499,47, without shipping.

Much better system. Ditch the PSU from the case, those suck. You can leave out your network card too, the A8N-SLI has onboard LAN.

And you could save alot more if you didn't get that SLI mobo.
I dunno about the prices over there but over here SLI mobos are usually at least 30% more expensive than the best non-SLI mobos.
I have one of the better non-SLI mobos.
I could've paid a bit more for a SLI-mobo but i decided that when my gfx-card gets old i'm gonna get a DX10 card then or possibly a new system altogether.

PSZeTa, nice list. I'll prolly use it. Just one question... I'm guessing that CPU can be majorly overclocked, right?

BTW, I got $498.79 as a price without the SLI mobo. My old list is surely PWN3D now! :D

I think you could actually live with the crappy PSU that comes with the case.
Those parts aren't that power hungry.
But if you're thinking of overclocking or updating the system... Then you need a new PSU.

I'm thinking of overclocking to 2GHz or a lil more like 2.2GHz.

If you are lucky. 3000+ Venices aren't really popular now, people tend to buy Opterons, 3700+ San Diegos and 3800+ X2 Manchesters to overclock them.

You need a better PSU if you overclock, Those crappy PSUs included with the cases truly have sucking voltages under load.

Well overclocking by 200 or 400MHz isn't so much that I will need a new PSU... Right?

Well the PSU that comes with the case is kinda crappy.
Usually a nameless PSU like that which is supposed to be 350W is usually as powerful as a 300W quality PSU.
Or even less.
So it's kinda the minimum for your system at stock so if you're going to OC you might run into some problems.

Gaming laptops suck. They're only good if you want to save some space.

Heck... you would have been better off buying an Alienware (or is it Dellianware now :p) labtop with an SLi motherboard

You would also have saved money on it aswell....

My room is too smal for a huge PC so I ordered a laptop and gave my mom my other HP Desktop. Not having a 30lbs CRT and a Huge Case outta the way is great. I hope the Dell I ordered is as good as I read. Its not like Im expecting my laptop to be a carry around everywhere kind of laptop... I already have one of those... but oh well. Its getting sent to my house in 1-1/2 weeks because I ordered it with 4gb of ram... lol
