NFSMW Vinyl Importing
I am the half way through with my Vinyl, the only thing what makes me angry is the poor quality. The only things i still have to change or add are the sizes and the decals.
If someone knows how to improve the quality of the vinyls pn me please, cause at the moment they look like crap, cause they are to pixelated.
Ohh i love this tool

SOrry i was i liddle bit drunk yesterday, so my description wasn t the best. Ok new try:
1st. Make sure when you make a vinyl not to use RGB Colours( got to Image -Mode - and choose the colour set right above RGB( i have the german version, so i can t tell you how it called in english))
2nd. make the Vinyl
3rd. Go to Channel Mixer, Choose Red as the output channel. In the source channel, enter 0 for Red and 100 for Blue.
Choose Blue as the output channel. In the source channel, enter 0 for Blue and 100 for Red.
4. Save it as a DDS file with ARGB.Do not create a MIP map.
I hope this will help M@r!n0. ( sorry for my bad english )

Bulletboy wrote:hey people does this thing actually work with UG2,cuz i exported avinyl and the mask,i had the 2f2fskyline vinyl for UG1 so i just pasted it. i imported the vinyl, then the just as i imported the mask the stupid thing found a problem and need to close.and how the heck do u save things?
yes it does work for ug2, it actually works for ug1 as well, and if you're using the mwtex tool, don't worry about saving it manually, once you import the new files, it saves automatically someone did import a mw vinyl to ug2 on the infiniti g35 coupe, check somewhere on this same thread i think
