PS Skills Competition - Album Art

Welcome to the first ever Photoshop Skills competition on NFSUnlimited.net.
Here are a few rules:

- Strictly no copying of other people's work

- Minimum resolution for your work is no less than 800x600 [exceptions may apply depending on competition]

- Competitions will run similarily to chop comps, running for seven days, then the person who organised that competition must create a poll that lasts for six days. The winner of the competition may choose the theme of the next competition.

- You must upload your work attached to your post using Imageshack or similar picture hosting services.

This week's theme is to create an alternative album cover for an album by the music artist of your choice. Entries will be due in by next Monday.

EDIT: Singles of songs are also allowed

It would be appreciated if you could post the original album cover and your remake.

I'm in this one, don't know what to do though yet, maybe SOAD our Queens of the Stone age. Maybe i could do Dr Dre's Detox

Ehm, there's a shark in the eyeball and lots of tiny little details I added which took me time, so there is plenty of stuff done, and yes, that is the original picture.

I thought we don't ask how much work has been done, yet how does it look like.

I like that you've gone with the same theme of the planets, but i think the font makes the album look more like a dance album, instead of a rock ablum. But overall not bad.

I like it, but its too smudged. If you could tone it down to where you may see some detail, it would be Perfect.

You count Scooter as being trance? It's nowhere near trance...
And they're just crap imo.
Well i did like their first 2 albums back in '95 when they did some rave(ish) stuff.
And the guy didn't sing as much.
