On the roll of EA stealing ideas out of other games (not that I care), has anyone heard something like...
"OMG LOLLLZ look at ea'z coppyin' GTA San Andreas' gang take-over-the-neighbourhood-block-by-block-...thingy."
*Shrugs* I've just read too many of those already.
And I guess, yes (in reply to xHaZxMaTx), canyon racing (or whatever it's called) sounds like downhill drifting with bars that'll break and the no-touching-the-opponent rule. I'll be damned (and very glad indeed) to see what makes Canyon mode "not just a drift mode".

I don't use pwned. I use BSODed. It's less cool and harder to say. I know.

NFSBLUECIVIC,
HP2 was cool, but I'm not sure I liked the chopper. I'd rather it be more realistic. It's not every day you see a Gallardo blown up by huge flaming tanks of gasoline.
But I also agree that the chopper should get involved, it doesn't do enough for me in MW.
Andre_online,
Definitely.
Now, am I drunk or was there a rumor about a Be the Cop mode?

Okay, seems I figured EA out.
Need For Speed never was and will never be a realistic racing game. Just a fun arcade game that lets player do things you would never be able to do in games like Forza or Gran Turismo.
Now, if you can figure that out, then asking for this game to be realistic is kind of stupid.
However, if you wanted a realistic racer, there are many other racing titles out there for you ti buy.
