GO ITALIA today!!!
but about yesterday's match... GO PORTUGAL!!!!! They played so well except for that dumass called costinha...
but yea i think the ref did a very good job... everyone who had a yellow or red card deserved it... and besides it was a very hard game to control...

nah...hopefully that doesnt happen...im still hoping we do good...i dont think it will happen without them though
If he plays the goal keeer we had in the croatia game...i wont even want to watch the game...(i still will though...but ill wont be happy). he was useless...why would you replace schwazer (however you spell it) with the backup goal keeper for AC Milan....i knew that was a bad move straight away.

Emerton is off for this game, but isn't Kewell only on the bench? He is injured, but he is still playing from what I hear....anyway, I'd suggest not to go into the city tonight/tomorrow morning if you're gonna watch the game - they expect 40,000 people to watch the game at Fed Square, Birrarung Marr, Lygon St and other places..Fadeproof wrote:well australia is finished now. emmerton is suspended...and i just found out now that kewell wont be playing because he is injured.

well australia is out...im very very very very upset, but all i can say is that im proud of the way they performed. no one thought we would do as well as we did.
Playing against australia is no longer an easy win.
shouldnt have been a f**king penalty in the first place

The Italian dude must be happy..
OMG they are so SO lucky in every world cup. Australia played so much better, by far! How much money has received the referee? He is Spanish btw...
Meh, they are most likely playing against Ukraine at 1/4, but dont worry Argentina will beat them at Semifinals
and tomorrow:
Spain - France ---> Go Spain!
Ghana - Brazil ----> Go Ghana!

Firstly, they arent lucky in every world cup... last world cup they were very unlucky and the referee was biased against them when they played against Korea...SP4RCO wrote: OMG they are so SO lucky in every world cup. Australia played so much better, by far! How much money has received the referee?
Secondly, im very very sure that the ref wasnt payed... because you saw matterazi got sent off, and i dont think he deserved a straight red...
But yeah, i agree australia played much better... and yes, this time we were very lucky to advance...
Ukraine are good and they might beat italy... u never know man... but if we do beat them we might also beat argentina... im telling u, u never know...SP4RCO wrote: Meh, they are most likely playing against Ukraine at 1/4, but dont worry Argentina will beat them at Semifinals![]()
for tomoro go spain and go ghana!
my friend in syria tells me that whatever the winning team is, the same ppl go out everynight with the winning country's flag... it funny to look at them cuz they are celebrating like they are with the country... now they are out with the italian flag, yesterday they were out with the english and portugalese flag... now the police is trying to stop them cuz they are making too much noise....

Spain vs France will be one hell of a match
Gah, life can be so cruel.....oh well, the Aussies got this far, they played to the best of their ability. I have one thing to say, some of the Italian players are the biggest *actors* when they trip over....the ref needs to be informed by the video referee instead of what he just sees, because he may not see what happened properly.

That is what Italian players are known for... their soap like acting... they drop on the ground and start whining... like their life depended on it... while they didn't even get hit... sad way to play but he...
Although I am not a big fan of the game in general.. I did have to say that..
btw I hope Brazil gets it's ass handed over to them on... they are way to arrogant!

You're all the time talking about Italy as "we" and you're from UAE.SliM_880 wrote:the same ppl go out everynight with the winning country's flag... it funny to look at them cuz they are celebrating like they are with the country...
So what makes you different from those people?
Unless you were born in Italy.
lol wut
im american... i only live in the uae... but i take italy as my "soccer country", if u know what i mean... and i dont see anything wrong with that...
im saying that the same ppl go out every night with the winning country's flag... so 2 days ago the same ppl went out with the english and potugal flag, and yesterday they came out with the italian flag... the SAME ppl go out with the winning country's flag, im only cheering for one country, which is obviously italy...

I will tell you some thing: No matter who wins, none of us are playing that world cup. In other words, if one's country team wins, the dude has no reasons to be happy since he has won nothing
But he, I still want Spain to play the finals vs Argentina and kick them out
Argentina is my 2nd prefered team, I like too much their football. Plus I wasn't born in Argentina by chance, my fathers were going to there for job reasons and got everything organized, but finally decided to stay here... life coincidences

What are you talking about? The one you talked about football seems like you're an American. The one cheering for his own country has everything to win if his/her country wins the world cup. It's about the national pride, that's what football fever is all about...(damn it, if I hear one more person call it soccer...)
