The Graphics Stutter Around Turns

Hello. I am not sure if it is the game or my computer or what.

I have

AMD 3500+
6600 GT PCI - E
2GB Ram
Motherboard Soundcard

Whenever I go around turns or if new graphics in general come on screen, the graphics kind of stutter. It is sort of hard to see but it is very annoying. Anyone have any tips?

Have the exaxt Rig specs u have, except that I got an Audigy2 Soundcard. Anyway I am also experiencing stutterings at certain points in the game. I am comparing the FPS between MW and NFSU1. The latter is definitely smoother. I've also tweaked everything i could find in the forum, but to no avail. 1 mth ago, i've given up on this.

I guess it's a nvidia Geforce SLI thing, i've got 2 Geforce 6600GTs with SLI enabled, it does that too, extremely annoying, and you know what's even more irritating? EA says there won't be more patchs after 1.3. Lazy b*stardsssss!

Yeah man! F bastards @EA... They don't seem to be very keen on updating their games or creating fixes. Unlike Blizzard, till now they still releasing patches for their Frozen Throne!

I just thought of something. ou say the graphics stutter around turns; do they stutter at the start of races? It couls be because the tire smoke and your processor can't handle it too well. Try turning off the particle system in regedit.

Ive got the same exact problem. Mine seems fine after about 10-15 minutes and it has seemed to cached most of the scenery or something.

Asus P4P800 MB
1GB Corvair XMS Ram
Nvidia GeForce 4400 256mb
P4@3Ghz

Runs Toca Race Driver 3 just fine. I figured it was just my PC though.
